• 2022 to 2023 – ‘to’ instead of hyphen or slash for accessibility

We write times in the following style:

• 3pm to 7pm (not 3pm-7pm)
• 5:30pm (not 1730hrs)
• 6 hours 30 minutes
• midday or 12pm (not 12 noon or noon), and
• midnight (not 00:00)

To avoid confusion around deadlines we will use 11:59pm instead of midnight.

We write numbers in digits and not words.
